Overview: One of the leaders of the Clemson team as a junior, she has played in 17 of the 20 Clemson tournaments and 49 of 59 rounds…has three career top 10s, all as a freshman, tied for most among current Tigers with Lauren Salazar…has seven under-par rounds for her career, best among active Tigers…her 12 rounds of par or better are tied for the best…has 31 rounds at 75 or better…had career best 69 during her freshman season…had an injury plagued sophomore year, she missed three tournaments....has 74.79 career stroke average, best among active Tigers…named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association Academic Scholars team each of her first two years…first-team All-ACC on the course and in the classroom as a freshman…only Tiger golfer to do that over the first two years of the program.
In 2014-15: Played in six of the nine tournaments and 18 of the 27 rounds…shot 75 or better in 10 of her 18 rounds…had season best 72 at the ACC Tournament at Sedgefield in Greensboro, N.C. on April 17…played in the four fall tournaments, then missed the first three events of the spring due to injury…best tournament of the fall was at the Mason Rudolph where she shot 225 and finished 31st…had a pair of 72s at Schooner Fall Classic and shot 222 for the tournament…had 84 in first round at Stanford, but came back strong with rounds of 73-74 to finish…did not play in the spring until April 3-5 Rebel Intercollegiate…finished the season strong with 34th place finish and eight-over-par score of 224 at ACC Tournament…shot opening round 72…she was third among Tigers at the ACC Tournament…had 74.8 stroke average in final rounds, best on the team…her 3.12 stroke average on par three holes was best on the team…had the only eagle of the year on the squad…had 21 birdies…score counted 12 of 18 rounds, but had best score of the day seven of the 18 rounds she played…hit fairway 70 percent of the time and hit greens in regulation 65 percent of the time, best on the team…averaged 33.64 putts per round.
In 2013-14: Second on the team in stroke average with a 73.97 figure…consistent player whose score has counted in 31 of 32 rounds- only time it did not was when she signed an incorrect scorecard and was DQ for the first round at the Battle of the Valley…had best score of the day nine times (seven outright, two tied for best) and was Clemson’s best player at two tournaments- the Cougar Classic (tied with Ramsey for second place) and the Allstate Sugar Bowl Invitational, where she finished sixth…also second in top 10 finishes with three, rounds in the 60s with three, under-par rounds with seven, rounds at par or better with seven, second in birdies with 79.…had season best 69 at the Lady Paladin Invitational and twice at the Cougar Classic…in fact her first two rounds at Clemson were in the 60s, both scores of 69 at the Cougar Classic…Ashlan Ramsey only other Clemson golfer with two rounds in the 60s at the same event (Ruth Chris Tar Heel Invitational)….only Clemson golfer to have a streak of six straight top 16 finishes, those were her first six as a Clemson golfer…finished tied for second at Cougar Classic with teammate Ashlan Ramsey, third at Lady Paladin and sixth at Allstate Sugar Bowl for her three top 10s…also 11th at Landfall Tradition, 14th at the Ruth’s Chris Tar Heel Invitational and 16th at Florida State Match-Up…Clemson’s second best golfer in five of the 10 tournaments (including each of the first four) and the top Tiger at the Allstate Sugar Bowl where she was five under par 211…that was her low tournament vs. par…finished 25th at ACC Tournament with 229 score…had Clemson’s top round of the tournament, a 71 in the second at the Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro…struck the first shot in Clemson history, she was lead off in Clemson’s tournament at Cougar Classic at Yeaman’s Hall in Hanahan, SC…Also, hit the first shot in NCAA play as well as she won the honor in a competition at Clemson the week leading up to the regional in Washington…second on the team in scoring on par four holes at 4.18, just behind the 4.17 by Ashlan Ramsey…third in the nation in percentage of drives that reach the fairway at .929 and second in the team in greens in regulation at .691…led the nation in greens in regulation 15 feet or less with .405…Finished the season ranked #37 in the nation by Golfstat and #58 by Golfweek.
Prior to Clemson: Ranked as #23 player in the nation by Golfweek for the Class of 2013…qualified for the 2013 US Amateur in Charleston a couple of weeks before coming to Clemson…member of 2013 State Championship team at Lambert High School…had four top 10 finishes in 2012, in various events, including ninth at AJGA Girls Championship…sixth at Carolinas/Georgia Junior Championship…qualifier for 2011 Junior PGA…qualified for 2009 and 2010 US Girls Junior All-Star Championship…four-time Region 7 High School Champion (2010-13)…runner-up at the Georgia High School State Championships in 2011….born March 22, 1995.
