Michele Rupe Position: Assistant Coach

Michele Rupe is in her first season as the Director of Operations for the Tiger rowing team. She brings over 10 years of administrative experience to the program as a former collegiate coach.

"Michele has an impressive background in both collegiate coaching and administration. Her experience, work ethic, creativity and commitment to excellence have made an immediate impact on the Tiger’s rowing program," said head coach Susie Lueck.

"Michele is responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player. She is willing to serve and work as a key ingredient within our coaching staff."

Rupe is a 1990 graduate of Eastern Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in physical education. She also received her master’s of science degree in college instruction in physical education from Eastern in 1995.
