2007-08
Outdoor: Competed in both the 800m and 1500m at the ACC meet...top time in the 1500m was 4:04.52 at the Auburn Tiger Classic. Indoor: Competed primarily in the mile run for the Tigers, where his top time of the season was 4:19.63 at the Tyson Invitational...helped distance medley relay team to its best performance of the season at Tyson as well. Cross Country: Won an individual title at the season-opening Western Carolina Invitational...led the Tigers to the team championship at that meet and the Catamount Classic...competed at the Notre Dame Invitational, where he crossed the finish line with an 8K time of 26:53.

All-State performer in 2007 in the 1600m...2005 All-State in cross country...two-time All-American in cross country...WIAA (Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletics Association) Scholar Athlete...served as school's class president...Wendy's High School Heisman finalist... named to Midwest Senior Spotlight for Team Wisconsin...came to Clemson with personal bests of 1:56.38 (800m) 4:20.87 (mile), and 9:30.08 (3200m).
