Clemson Highlights
007-08
Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury. Indoor: Competed in the 3000m and 5000m at the ACC Championships...finished 11th overall in the 5K run at the meet with a time of 15:03.10...actually led the pack halfway through the 5000m race...top performance of the year in the 3000m was a time of 8:19.58 (personal best) at the Tyson Invitational in Arkansas. Cross Country: Fought through injury much of the season...finished 31st at the ACC Championships...best time was a 24:43 at the Pre-Nationals meet in Terre Haute, IN...finished 73rd individually at the Notre Dame Invitational...finished 48th at the Southeast Region Championships with a time of 31:30.60.
2006-07
Outdoor: One of the team's top performers in the distance events...ranked second on the team in the steeplechase and 5000m...best time in the steeple was 9:13.86 at the Georgia Tech Invitational...had a time of 14:29.54 at the ACC Championships and finished seventh in the 5000m. Indoor: Competed in the mile, 3000m, and 5000m...best time in the mile was 4:17.20 at the ACC Championships...placed 11th in the 3000m at ACCs with a time of 8:29.88. Cross Country: Finished 21st at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, IN with a personal best 8K time of 24:06.5...top finisher for the Tigers in the Greater Louisville Classic, he was 13th overall...earned All-ACC honors after an eighth-place finish at the conference meet...had a good time of 24:34.4 at that meet, held at Panorama Farms...earned All-Region honors after finishing 15th at Louisville.
2005-06
Indoor and Outdoor: Red-shirted...finished fifth at USA Outdoor Junior Track & Field Championships in the 5000m to earn All-America status. Cross Country: First-year freshman competed for the Tigers in three events...top finish was a 17th-place showing in the Clemson Invitational to open the season...finished 66th with a time of 25:47.5, which was his season-best, at the ACC Championships.
