2007-08
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Region Championships with an All-ACC performance in the hammer throw...hit a mark of 188'6", fourth-best in school history, in the finals...won the hammer with a mark of 178'9" at the Solid Orange Classic. Indoor: Earned first-ever All-ACC honor with a third-place finish in the 35-pound weight throw at the league meet in Chapel Hill, NC...had a mark of 57'0.75" in the prelims that carried over to the finals...top mark of his injury-plagued season was 58'6" at the Clemson Opener.
2006-07
Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury. Indoor: Competed in the weight throw...top mark of the season was 59'0.25" at the Clemson Invitational...also had a toss of 58'8.5" at the Clemson Opener...threw 56'4" and finished fifth at the ACC Championships, which was held in Clemson.
2005-06
Indoor and Outdoor: Red-shirted.

Earned four letters in track & field and wrestling, and also three in football...holds the school record for most wrestling wins in a season (56)...holds school record in the discus throw (169'10")...team captain in all three sports he competed...state champion in the 215-pound wrestling class...team MVP of his wrestling and track & field squads...state runner-up in the discus throw as a senior...three-time all-region in all three sports...region MVP in wrestling.
