Career and Game-by-Game Stats
At Clemson:
All-purpose player for the Tigers... has seen action at
every position with the exception of center during his career with
the Tigers... played in the back court and on the wing last year, he
will have to see some time at power forward this year in light of the
injury to Chucky Gilmore... always ready to help the team, he showed
his grit last year when he had to play injured much of the time...
missed 6 straight games after ankle surgery in 1999-00, he returned
for the Appalachian State game and played 8 minutes... had surgery on
Dec. 19 and Jan. 3 to repair foot... Clemson's leading rebounder and
leader in assists until he suffered foot injury, quite an
accomplishment for a 6-5 guard/forward... started the first five
games last year at guard, he then started three at forward...
averaged 7.8 rebounds per game and 3.4 assists per game for first
eight games, both figures ranked in the top 10 in the ACC... fifth in
the league in rebounds, best among guards/small forwards when first
injured... showed strong improvement over his freshman season, his
scoring improved by 80 percent and his rebounding by over 200
percent... had a solid 49.37 assist/turnover ratio for the season...
nearly half of his rebounds were offensive... started nine games for
the season after not starting any as a freshman... has played his
best basketball against Duke over his career, he has 28 points, 14
rebounds and six assists against the Blue Devils in 92 minutes of
play.
In 1999-00:
Had career high 14-point scoring game against Georgia
Tech, he made 4-5 shots from the field and also had seven rebounds,
three assists and three steals... helped the Tigers to the decisive
victory that night... moved into starting lineup against Georgia Tech
when Adam Allenspach was hurt, he played 34 minutes in that game...
averaged 22 minutes a game off the bench after coming back from foot
surgery... had best game in two months against Maryland when he
scored 9 on 3-5 shooting in 17 minutes... followed that with four
points in 18 minutes in win over #21 N.C. State... led Clemson in
assists five straight games and in six of the first eight games last
year... only Will Solomon led Clemson in assists in more games last
year... had at least seven rebounds in seven of the first eight
games... had career high 11 rebounds and five assists in win over
Charleston Southern, a Division I school in his hometown of
Charleston... had then career high 12 points against Wofford, he also
had seven rebounds, five offensiveŠ played 33 minutes without a
turnover against Wisconsin-Green Bay... had nine points and nine
rebounds in victory over Central Florida... between Jan. 22 and Feb.
2, scored 35 points in 94 minutes over four games.
In 1998-99:
Had arthroscopic knee surgery that forced him to miss
four games... dressed for the Furman and Illinois games in December,
but was not ready to play so he missed six games altogether in the
streak... played in 23 of the 35 games that season, including 10 of
the 16 ACC games... connected on all three of his three-point
attempts... made 20 of his 46 shots from the field... was 11-14
(.786) from the line in ACC play... effective offensive rebounder as
20 of his 39 rebounds were off the offensive glass.
Top Games of 1998-99:
After not seeing any action between Dec. 3 and
Jan. 17, came off the bench to play 22 minutes against then #2 ranked
Duke and he responded with 10 points on 5-9 shooting... followed that
up with three points in eight minutes against Maryland... in the
two-game period, had 13 points on 6-11 shooting in 30 minutes of
play... also had five rebounds in those 30 minutes... had eight
points and six rebounds (five offensive) in 12 minutes versus Florida
State in the ACC Tournament... had fine game in win over Florida
State on Valentine's Day, he had five points and seven rebounds in
just 11 minutes of play... also had an assist and a steal... had six
points in seven minutes against Kansas State in the Maui Classic.
In High School:
Led North Charleston High School to a 25-4 record his
senior year... averaged 15.6 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists per
game... two-time all-state selection, he scored over 1000 points and
collected over 500 rebounds under head coach Jody Rabon... started
three years for North Charleston and he was on the team all four
years... had best game of his senior year against James Island when
he scored 30 points.

Brother, Derrick, played at College of Charleston for two seasons... College
of Charleston advanced to the NCAA Tournament each of those seasons... his father
also played basketball in high school... played for two coaches in high school,
Jody Rabon and Tony Eady... middle of three boys, he also has a sister... Born
Dustin Allan Braddick on 6/23/80 in Ontario, Canada... wears a size 12 shoe...
