years... outstanding outside shooter for a seven-footer, he proves
it at the foul line... ranked in the top 10 in the ACC in rebounding
(eight) and free throw percentage (10th) last year, a rare
combination... joined Jason Capel of North Carolina and Terrence
Morris of Maryland as only players in the ACC to rank in the top 10
of both categories... career 71 percent free throw shooter, including
74 percent last year... only active Tiger who has been on an NCAA
Tournament team, he played in every game but the NCAA contest against
Western Michigan in 1998... a key reserve on Clemson's NIT finalist
two years ago... has seen his scoring average at least double every

Wisconsin-GB with 13 points and 10 rebounds... had 12 points and
seven rebounds in win over #21 NC State.

during that stretch... averaged six points per game in five NIT
games... finished the season shooting 68.1 percent (49-72) from the
free throw line, third best on the team... played double figure
minutes in every game but the Illinois and Maryland contests, and he
played nine minutes in those games... started 10 games in 1997-98,
but played just 10 minutes per game... did not start in 1998-99, but
played 15.1 minutes per game... second on club in field goal
percentage (53.2)... had a streak of 15 straight made free throws at

Forest... shot 3-3 from the field and led the Tigers in rebounds and
blocks with that performance... four blocks tied for most by a
Clemson player for the year... tallied six points and five boards in

points on 10-20 shooting... despite limited playing time for the
season, led the team in blocked shots with 19... tied for second on
the team in free throw shooting percentage... scored 66 points for
the year, 33 in ACC regular season play, and 33 outside the league...
only first-year freshman on the active roster... had 10 starts for
the season, his first start was in the Illinois game on Dec. 13 in
the United Center in Chicago, the city where he was born... solid
free throw shooter, a rarity in a Clemson big man, he made nearly 70
percent of his free throws as a freshman... his 32 games played were
fourth most ever by a Clemson freshman, most ever by a freshman
