2010 Highlights
Top finisher in all six meets as a first-year freshman
Placed 15th at the ACC Championships, one spot shy of securing an All-ACC honor
Had a time of 24:12.5 in the 8K at the league meet in Boston, it was his best time of the season at that distance
Finished 35th at the Southeast Regionals, far better than any other Clemson runner
Had a 10K time of 31:39.6 in the regional meet in Louisville, KY
Won two meets, the 5K Gamecock Invitational on Sept. 3 and 8K Charlotte Invitational on Oct. 1
Placed third at the Clemson Invitational, the debut of the Tigers' home course at Musser Farms

Won USA Junior Olympic Cross Country championship in 2009 as a senior against a field of 250 runners
Finished runner-up at AAA state cross country championship in 2009 and fifth in 2008
Placed fourth in the 5K at the 2010 New Balance Nationals in Greensboro, NC with a time of 14:47.01 to earn All-America status
Placed fifth at the 2009 USA Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships in the young men 2000m steeplechase
Won eight individual titles as a senior for the Trojans' cross country squad; his total included a win at the Region 7-AAA Championships
School record-holder in the 5K was named Boys Cross Country Runner-of-the-Year by the Gainesville Times
Won Georgia AAA state track championships in both 1600m (4:19.67) and 3200m (9:08.66)
Region 7-AAA champion in both track events as well, which included running a state record 9:05.35 in the 3200m
Did not start running until the spring of 2008, he played basketball and football prior to that
