Clemson Highlights

2009-10 Outdoor Highlights
• Qualified for NCAA Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon with the nation's No. 2 point value, but withdrew after only one event due to a torn foot tendon suffered after the ACC meet
• Established league record 5,928 points at the ACC Championships to win her first-ever heptathlon crown at the conference meet
• Set personal bests in 200m (24.80), 100m hurdles (13.94), high jump (5'9.25") and javelin (153'10") during her impressive ACC meet performance
• Moved to No. 2 in Clemson record books for javelin and No. 3 for the high jump
• Suffered a strained foot tendon and did not compete in a meet after April 16 before giving it a go at the NCAA Championships
• Named first-team ESPN the Magazine Academic All-American after the season, Clemson's first honoree since 2006

2009-10 Indoor Highlights
• Qualified for NCAA Indoor Championships in the pentathlon for the second straight year and third time in her career
• Named an All-American for second straight season in the pentathlon, she placed fifth at the national meet, an improvement of one spot from the 2009 season
• Earned third ACC indoor championship in the pentathlon after re-writing her own conference record with 4,262 points
• Set personal bests in the 60 hurdles and shot put at the ACC indoor meet in Blacksburg
• Became first Clemson female to win three ACC crowns in the same event since Jamine Moton won the indoor shot put in 1999, 2001 and 2002

2008-09 Highlights
• Red-shirted the outdoor season
• Earned first-ever All-America honor in the pentathlon, she placed sixth in the five-event slate at the NCAA Championships
• Posted total of 4,235 points at the NCAA national meet, which is an ACC record
• Set personal bests in four of the five events at the national championship meet
• Won her second ACC crown in three years in the pentathlon, she had a total of 4,218 points in the meet at Blacksburg, VA
• Qualified for NCAAs with automatic point total of 4,135 in winning her second JRF Multi-Event Challenge title in three years

2007-08 Outdoor Highlights
• Scored at the ACC meet in Atlanta with a total of 4,804 points in the heptathlon
• Best event was the javelin, where she recorded a throw of 131'6", she also had a solid 5'4.25" clearance in the high jump

2007-08 Indoor Highlights
• Competed at the ACC Championships in the pentathlon, but did not finish after a fall in the opening event (60m dash)
• Had a high jump of 5'3.75" at the ACC meet

2006-07 Outdoor Highlights
• One of four freshmen to earn an invitation to the NCAA Championships in the heptathlon, but she did not complete the grueling competition due to injury
• Runner-up in the heptathlon at the ACC Championships after setting the school record in the seven-event competition
• Posted NCAA provisional qualifying total of 5,337 points
• Surpassed Katja Pettinen, who had held the school record with 5,321 points since 1995
• Ranks fifth on the Lady Tigers' all-time performance list in the javelin after she recorded a throw of 140'6" at the Yellow Jacket Invitational
• Ran a 14.30 in the 100m hurdles at the Solid Orange Classic

2006-07 Indoor Highlights
• Competed at the NCAA Championships in the pentathlon, the only freshman to do so among the national field of multi-event athletes
• Earned ACC championship in the pentathlon by posting an automatic NCAA qualifying total of 4,089 points
• Was strong across the board in the five-event slate, as she recorded season bests in the 800m (2:18.44), 60m hurdles (8.77), long jump (19'4.75"), high jump (5'7.25") at the ACC meet, which was held at Clemson's indoor facility
• First Clemson athlete to win the pentathlon since Lauren Nicholson in 2004 and just the second in the history of the program
• First ACC champion in any event for Clemson women's team since Gisele Oliveira won the outdoor triple jump in 2005
• Broke Nicholson's school record in the pentathlon in her first collegiate multi-event competition, the JRF Multi-Event Challenge
• Scored 3,941 points at that meet on January 26
• Named ACC Indoor Freshman of the Year, a first for Clemson
