Lim Representing Singapore at FINA World Junior Diving Championships

CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson freshman Freida Lim is representing her native country of Singapore in the FINA World Junior Diving Championships in Kazan, Russia. The official competition runs from Nov. 28 through Dec. 4, and Lim is taking part in the the Group A 3M on Dec. 1 and the Group A Platform on Dec. 3. She also participated in the Mixed Team Event, which occurred after the Opening Ceremony on Nov. 28. Singapore placed 10th out of the 15-team field in that event.

In her first six meets with the Tigers, Lim has already broken the school's platform record, taking first place in that event at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a score of 301.40. She has found success in other events as well, winning the three-meter at the Navy Invitational with a score of 274.00.
