Tigers Conclude Penn Relays

CLEMSON, S.C. — Ebony Williams and Torie Robinson earned sixth-place sprint finishes and Clemson's 4x400 relay finished fifth to highlight the final day of competition at Penn Relays.

Williams posted a time of 13.70 to take sixth in the 100 hurdles final. She then turned around a couple of hours later to run with the 4x400 team, which finished eighth. Robinson posted a time of 11.46 in the 100 meters.

The men's team of Cordell Lamb, John Lewis, Terrell Jackson and Michael Cheeks combined to form a time of 3:08.21 in the 4x4. The group ran without usual anchor Jeffrey Green, who sat out the week.

Both 4x800 relays were in action Saturday. The men's team of Oliver Lloyd, Mpho Makofane, Jackson and Lewis posted the second-best time in Clemson history, clocking a third-place effort of 7:20.94.
