2014 Clemson University Student Football Ticket Information

Undergraduate Student Ticket Policy

Only Clemson University students paying full-time fees (including full University fee) are eligible to participate in this program. Total tickets available to students are limited based on stadium capacity (11,000 for home football games). Undergraduate students paying for less than twelve semester hours and those that drop below twelve hours are not eligible for a complimentary student ticket. Students that do not qualify for a complimentary ticket may purchase a season ticket located on the hill for $264 in the Athletic Ticket Office beginning August 18th and available through August 27th, while supplies last. These may be exchanged for a reserved seat, based on availability, on the individual class days as outlined below.  Policies concerning control and issue of student tickets, schedules of times and places of ticket issue, and procedures for admittance to events are outlined below.

NOTE: As of Friday, August 22nd, season guest tickets have sold out and are no longer available for purchase.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: A student's TigerOne ID card will verify payment of fees and eligibility for student tickets.  Each student's ticket will be scanned electronically when entering the appropriate gate of the stadium. The tickets will be color coded as to being located in the lower or top deck. Top deck tickets will not be allowed access to the lower deck and lower deck tickets will not be allowed access to the top deck. Make plans to arrive early to avoid long lines and have your CUID to present at the gate with your ticket.

Football tickets will be issued (by class) for home football games at Gate 11 (West End of Memorial Stadium) the week of each game. Each student must present his/her valid student ID card prior to issuance of a ticket. Students who are sick or absent from campus due to official business on the date of issue may pick up their ticket on a subsequent scheduled issue date if available.

TICKET TRANSFER PROGRAM: If a student is unable to attend distribution on their class day, they will have the opportunity to transfer their ticket privilege for a specific game to another student of equal or lesser class standing so that the recipient may pick up two tickets at gate 11. Using the TigerOne online system at https://t1online.clemson.edu/student/, a student who has ticket privileges can choose a game, enter the recipient’s username, and select to transfer their ticket for a game to another student. The recipient must then log in to their account and accept the transfer prior to coming to gate 11 to pick up tickets. The transfer is not complete until the recipient has logged in and accepted the additional ticket privilege. The transfer may be deleted by the sender any time prior to the recipient accepting the additional privilege. Once the recipient has accepted the transfer it is permanent for that game and that student will be responsible for picking up both tickets. Also, the recipient must pick up both tickets at the same time. The deadline to transfer one’s ticket privilege for a specific game is the Sunday at midnight prior to the week of the game (distribution beginning the following day).

GUEST TICKETS: Season guest tickets are sold out for the 2014 season as of Friday, August 22nd, and are no longer available for purchase. Students who purchase a season guest ticket will receive a ticket for all homes games and it is the only way to purchase a guest ticket for the South Carolina game. Season guest tickets may be exchanged for seats on the individual class distribution day, based on availability.

Individual game guest tickets will be sold for home football games based on availability during regular distribution at Gate 11 (Cash or TigerStripe only). The prices for the individual games are as follows:

SC State and Georgia State - $10 each

North Carolina, NC State, Syracuse - $24 each

Louisville - $50 each

There will be no individual guest tickets available for the South Carolina game

Each student may obtain only one "non-student" ticket per TigerOne card, be it a season guest ticket, individual guest ticket, or a trade-in ticket. The Athletic Ticket Office reserves the right to limit the sale of individual guest tickets, based on availability.

AWAY GAME TICKETS: Tickets for away football games are available online at www.clemsontigers.com starting on Monday, July 14th. Students should use the promotional code CUSTUDENTS to access these tickets. Students will have until approximately 3 weeks prior to each away game to make these purchases. The tickets will be located in a student block. You may request to sit with your friends by referencing their names when purchasing your ticket(s) and them doing the same on their purchase. Each student can purchase up to two (2) tickets for away games, with the exception of the Georgia game. For that game, a student may login and make a request to purchase one (1) ticket, which must be submitted by August 4th. After that time, a lottery will be used to determine which students requesting that game will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket and will be notified to then pay for their ticket. Students wishing to sit together for the Georgia game should have a unique word that each person of the group should reference when submitting their request. These words will then be used to better assign the groups together for those students who are chosen in the lottery.

Graduate Student Ticket Policy

Graduate students enrolled in 9 or more hours are eligible for tickets with the same privileges and restrictions that apply to seniors.

Graduate students enrolled in less than 9 semester hours are eligible to purchase a season ticket for $161. All graduate students may purchase one season guest ticket for $264.

NOTE: As of Friday, August 22nd, 2014 graduate student season tickets are sold out and no longer available for purchase.

The tickets purchased during this time will be located on the hill. Graduate students may exchange their hill tickets for a stadium seat during regular class distribution, based on seat availability.

For more information, you can call the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-CLEMSON between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
