Emily Wood President |
Emily Wood was a member of Clemson’s cross country and track and field teams from 1981-1984. She earned a B.A. in English in 1985 and an M.A. in English in 1990. She is a freelance copyeditor and lives in Clemson. She has two sons, Exley and Jesse McCormick. Exley is a senior at Clemson. They are both big Tiger fans. |
Bill Burton Vice President |
Bill Burton was a member of Clemson’s swimming team from 1972 to 1975, serving as co-captain for the ’74-’75 season. He received a B.S. in Administrative Management in 1977 and is a graduate of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. Upon graduating from Clemson, Bill joined Spartan Food Systems and began a 30-year career in the restaurant business. He was owner and chairman of Cafe Enterprises, parent company of Fatz Cafe, until 2008 and currently owns and is president of Old Mill Stream, LLC, a commercial real estate company. A native of Clemson, Bill resides in Spartanburg with his wife Lynne. They have three children and four grandchildren. |
