Summer 2012: Had his best round of the summer at the Junior Azalea where he had a 62 that included a 28 on the back nine...that was big round in him winning the tournament...played in three major amateur events, he finished 39th at South Carolina Amateur with consistent rounds of 73-72-70-73 for 288 total...played in the Monroe Invitational and finished at 299...finished with a 226 score at the Cardinal Amateur near Greensboro at the end of the summer, he finished 46th in that national amateur event...finished sixth at the Scotty Robertson AJGA event with a 213 score.

In High School: A six-time all-state selection in South Carolina, tying a state record for all-state selections...had nine-hole average of 35.2 as a senior...won the Fleisher Invitational four times...placed in the top eight of every tournament he played as a senior at Dorman High School...that includes a fifth-place finish at the state 4 A Tournament...won 2012 Region II 4A title by one shot at Verdae Greens in Greenville...it was his third straight win at that event...named Spartanburg Herald Upstate Golfer of the Year for 2011 and 2012...won 2009 4A State championship...won 2010 Jimmy Self Festival of Flowers...made stroke play at the 2011 US Amateur...born March 13, 1994 in Spartanburg, SC...signed with Clemson on November 9, 2011...majoring in marketing at Clemson...played his high school golf for Lewis Terry at Dorman High School in Spartanburg, SC.
