Six Tiger Baseball Players Graduate Friday

SOUTH BEND, IND. - Six Tiger baseball players graduated Friday, although none of the six were on hand for commencement ceremonies in Clemson. The six Tigers are in South Bend, Ind. for Clemson's weekend series at Notre Dame.

Righthander Clay Bates (health science), righthander Matt Campbell (parks, recreation & tourism management), outfielder Joe Costigan (sociology), infielder Mike Dunster (management), first-baseman Jon McGibbon (sociology) and infielder Steve Wilkerson (communication studies) earned their degrees.

Clemson University President Jim Clements will be on hand prior to next Friday's game against Boston College at Doug Kingsmore Stadium to present diplomas to the six Tigers.
