CLEMSON, SC - The Clemson track & field program will send a small group of distance runners to Franklin Field in Philadelphia, PA for the annual Penn Relays this week. The Tigers are slated to compete in the women's steeplechase, as well as the women's 4x1500 relay, and men's 4xMile and distance medley relays.

Freshman runner Brianna Feerst is set for the women's steeplechase championship section on Thursday at 8:00 PM. Two relays will take place on Friday, first with the women's 4x1500 at 1:10 PM. The men's distance medley relay championship will follow at 2:25 PM. The 4xmile championship for the men is set for 12:45 PM on Saturday, just 45 minutes prior to the annual USA vs. the World 4x100 relays.

The Clemson sprints, hurdles, jumps and throws will return to action on May 3-4 at home for the Bob Pollock Invitational. The Tiger women, ranked 11th in the nation, are coming off an eighth straight conference track & field crown while the men, ranked No. 14 nationally, took third place as a team in Raleigh last weekend at the ACC Outdoor Championships.
