AgSouth Homegrown Athlete of the Week - Dezerea Bryant

Dezerea Bryant, Women's Track & Field, Sophomore, Milwaukee, WI

Bryant was named the ACC's Most Valuable Track Performer after winning the 60 and 200 dashes for the second straight season.  She posted a time of 7.27 to win the 60 dash and followed with a gold medal time of 23.22 in the 200 an hour later.  Bryant is the first female in ACC history to sweep both events in back-to-back seasons.  Both of Bryant's times rank in the top 10 nationally this season.  She helped the Clemson women to their fourth straight ACC Indoor Championship, and seventh straight ACC track & field crown overall.
