CLEMSON, S.C. – J.T. Horton and his young team will wrap up the regular season of their inaugural year March 28-March 30 when they compete in the 17th annual Bryan National Collegiate in Greensboro, N.C. The tournament, co-hosted by UNC Greensboro & Wake Forest, takes place on the par 72 Champion’s course at the Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center.
Virginia, the 2013 champions, will be back to defend their title. Along with Clemson, Duke, Florida State, NC State, North Carolina, and Wake Forest round out the ACC schools in the field. Also in the 18 team field are College of Charleston, Florida, Louisville, Michigan State, Northwestern, UNC Wilmington, UNC Greensboro, Ohio State, Penn State, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Friday and Saturday the teams will tee of beginning at 8:20 a.m. and Sunday will be an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. In the opening round, Clemson will tee off of the 10th tee at 8:20 a.m. with Florida and Michigan State.
The Tigers are coming off of a fifth-place finish in the Briar’s Creek Invitational. Following the Bryan National Collegiate, the team will next be in action in the ACC Tournament April 17-19 in Greensboro.
