Pittsburgh, in its first season in the ACC, has a 4-3-1 record overall and a 0-2 mark in conference play.  The Panthers lost 3-0 to Boston College and 1-0 to NC State last week in Pittsburgh.  The team is led in scoring by sophomore forward Roosa Arvas who has two goals and two assists on the season.  Junior keeper Nicole D'Agostino has posted 30 saves and allowed seven goals through Pittsburgh's first eight games.

Thursday's meeting will be the first ever matchup between the two schools in women's soccer.

Alabama A&M is 0-8 on the season, and is coming off an 11-0 loss to the University of South Alabama.  The Bulldogs will travel to Middle Tennessee State on Friday before travelling to Clemson on Sunday.  The meeting between the Tigers and Bulldogs will also be the first in the series history.
