Brian Hennessy is in his 15th year at Clemson and serves as a senior associate director of athletic communications. The Clemson, S.C., native also worked as a student and graduate assistant in the athletic communications office for six years (1995-00).
He is responsible for all operations for baseball and is a secondary contact for football. He also serves as coordinator of photography and publications, including editor of Orange The Experience magazine.
He has written and edited the baseball guide (1998-00,03-16) and football guide (2002-14). He has received numerous CoSIDA honors for his baseball guides, including a No. 4 national ranking in 2000, No. 2 ranking in 2005, No. 1 ranking in 2014 and No. 2 ranking in 2015.
Hennessy, who also has been responsible for layout and editing of the football gameday programs since 2002, teamed with Tim Bourret to rank No. 2 in the nation for the 2008, 2012 and 2013 program series.
He graduated from Clemson with a degree in civil engineering (1998) and received a master’s degree in transportation engineering. He graduated from Daniel High School, where he played baseball and basketball.
