Outdoor: Earned automatic qualification for the NCAA Championships after finishing fourth at the East Region Championships in the 100m dash...posted career-best time of 10.21 in the prelims...earned first outdoor All-America honor after placing fifth in the 100m dash at the NCAA Championships...turned in a time of 10.33 in the final...came out for track following the conclusion of spring football practice and it didn't take long for him to turn heads...posted a time of 10.41 in the 100m prelims and finished second in the final to Travis Padgett after not having raced in nearly a year competitively...helped 4x100m relay team to season-best time of 39.23 seconds at the Orange & Purple Classic. Indoor: Did not compete due to injury.

Outdoor: Ran first leg for the Tigers' 4x100m relay team that finished runner-up at East Region Championships...squad posted a season-best time of 39.15 in the final...earned at-large berth in the 100m dash for the NCAA Championships...was slowed at nationals due to injury...qualifier for regionals in three different events, the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay...had a time of 10.30 in the regional prelims of the 100m dash, but pulled up due to a hamstring strain in the final...top time of the season in the 100m dash was 10.23 in the prelims at ACCs...his time was second-best in the prelims...guilty of a false start in the final and was disqualified...finished fifth at the league meet in the 200m dash...top time in that event was 21.08...helped 4x100m relay team to second-place finish and regional-qualifying time of 39.48 at the ACC Championships...finished second at the Clemson Invitational in the 100m dash at 10.33 seconds. Indoor: One of the top freshman sprinters in Clemson history...earned All-America honors with third-place finish at NCAA Championships in Fayetteville, AR...his time was 6.60 at the national meet...marked the first time in school history that two student-athletes placed in the top three of the same event at the NCAA Championships...teammate Travis Padgett won the 60m race...automatic NCAA qualifier in the 60m dash...won the ACC Championship in a record time of 6.52 seconds, which was the fastest time in the country...that followed a time of 6.53 in the prelims at ACCs, which were held at Clemson's indoor facility...Clemson's first 60m champion at the conference meet since fellow football player Tye Hill accomplished the feat in 2004...also earned All-ACC honors in the 200m dash...had a time of 21.43 and placed third in that event...first All-ACC honoree in the 200m for the Tigers since Jacey Harper in 2003...earned ACC Indoor Freshman of the Year honors, the third Tiger in eight seasons to claim that award...won the 60m dash at the prestigious Tyson Invitational, held at the same facility that played host to the NCAA Championships...recorded a time of 6.60 at that event...ran a 6.65 in first event of the year, the Clemson Invitational...went on to finish runner-up at that meet behind teammate Travis Padgett...named Southeast Region Track Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA.

State champion in the 100m with a time of 10.32, and the 200m with a time of 21.25 as a senior in 2005...lettered twice in football and once in track...his brother Davy played football at Florida State...chose Clemson for football and track over Florida, Michigan State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia.

Born 7/27/87...earned freshman All-America honors after the 2006 football season from Rivals.com, Scout.com, and the Sporting News...averaged a team-best 18.2 yards per catch as a wide receiver in 2007...suffered a broken ankle in the win at Maryland in October, forcing him to sit out indoor season....earned the Brandon Streeter Award in 2008 for his ability to overcome the injury and excel on the football field and on the track.
