Currently enrolled undergraduate students, taking a minimum of 12 hours and graduate students taking 9 hours or more, are eligible to receive one (1) ticket each to men's basketball home games.
Clemson students will register online by going to the Online Card Office website at https://t1online.clemson.edu and use your user ID and password to log in. Choose sports lottery and register for the game that you wish to attend. At the website, under sports lottery, you may check to see if you are ticketed or placed on a wait list for the game for which you registered. You may transfer or cancel the ticket any time after the transfer start date time up to the game day deadline time. (See Basketball Registration Time Line at the end of this policy for games and dates.)
Students can use the Online Card Office to register for games, transfer tickets to another eligible student, accept incoming transfers, cancel requests for tickets and check ticket status.
You will not receive your ticket until game day when you present your Tiger One Card at Littlejohn Coliseum for scanning to verify you're being awarded a reserved seat ticket.
CLEMSON STUDENT TICKET DISTRIBUTION POLICY FOR MEN'S BASKETBALL HOME GAMES
Registration for each men's basketball home game is open for the time frame as specified in this chart. There is no advantage to being the first student to register, nor is there a disadvantage to being the last student to register. When the number of students that register is fewer than the number of tickets available, all registered students receive email notification that a ticket has been awarded and to pick up the ticket in-person beginning 1 hour prior to the game at the Student Entrance of Littlejohn Coliseum.
If a greater number of students register for tickets than the number of tickets available, then a Loyalty Attendance Lottery is automatically initiated.
LOYALTY ATTENDANCE
Loyalty Attendance is a loyalty-based lottery that is initiated only when demand for tickets exceeds supply.
To begin the season, students will receive loyalty points based on their class. Seniors (90 hours and more) and applicable graduate students will begin with 4 points. Juniors (60 to 89 hours) begin with 3, sophomores and freshmen begin with 2. Students who register for tickets have entries in the lottery equal to the number of Loyalty Points earned by attending previous games.
Credit for Collegiate Club has an additional point (1) added to the class points for each game they attend.
The above distribution best ensures that the most loyal students receive tickets to the most high-profile games, while still providing all students the opportunity to receive tickets to every game. Therefore, students can increase the opportunity to obtain tickets to future games by attending games throughout the men's basketball season.
Students who claim a ticket but later decide not to attend the game for whatever reason must cancel their ticket or transfer their ticket to another eligible student no later than the game day deadline time to avoid losing Loyalty Points and accumulating no-shows.
Zero (0) Loyalty Points are earned simply for registering for a student ticket. Attendance is required to earn Loyalty Points. Students must have their Tiger One Card scanned at the student entry gates at Littlejohn Coliseum to earn Loyalty Points for attending a game.
TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY
Students who claim a ticket but later decide not to attend the game for whatever reason must cancel their ticket or transfer to another eligible student no later than the game day deadline time to avoid losing Loyalty Points.
STUDENT ADMISSION TO MEN'S BASKETBALL HOME GAMES
Admission to all men's basketball home games requires that students present their student CUID card for validation of the ticket privilege.
Tickets will be assigned seating and the location is determined on a first come first serve basis. Gates open 1 hour prior to each game. Camping out will not be allowed until the day of the game.
Student A cannot gain admission using the CUID card of student B.
Student A may not obtain multiple CUID cards to pick up additional tickets. You must be present with your valid CUID card, and it must have the ticket privilege.
If you wish to sit with other students you must enter the coliseum at the same time. We cannot hold tickets for later arrivals. This is not fair to students who are at the door and ready to go inside.
STUDENT GUEST TICKETS
Student guest tickets will be available at the door for the face value price ($18 for non-conference games, $26 for Purdue and Arizona, and $21 for ACC games) when games are not sold out. You will need to send an email, 24 hours prior to the game, to zbolka@clemson.edu with your request, name, and CUID number.
Guest tickets, when available, can be purchased with cash only. We will not accept credit cards, checks, or TigerStripe at the games. No guest tickets will be available for the Virginia and North Carolina games.
